2006 Bay Area Senior Games Schedule
March 12, 2006
8:30 Race Walk - Stanford University Campus
9:00 Track & Field - Cobb Track at Stanford University
9:00 Table Tennis - Cubberley Community Center, Palo Alto
9:00 Road Race - Stanford University Campus
9:00 Tennis - Taube Tennis Stadium at Stanford University
9:00 Swimming - Avery Aquatic Center at Stanford University
Softball to be held May 20 & 21 at Greer Park in Palo Alto
Most events will take place on the Stanford Campus. Please use the parking lot on Galvez Street at Campus Drive, immediately next to Cobb Track & Angell Field.
From I-280: Take the Alpine exit and go east on Alpine towards Palo Alto. Turn right at the first stop light onto Junipero Serra. Turn left at the first stop light onto Campus Drive. Follow Campus Drive for about one mile. Turn left onto Galvez and immediately right into the parking lot.
From Hwy. 101: Take the Embarcadero exit and go west on Embarcadero for circa two miles. Cross El Camino Real onto Galvez and stay in the left lane. Pass Stanford Stadium on your left and turn left into the parking lot next to Cobb Track.
Sign-in is at the west side of the track. Tennis courts, pool, 8k and race walk start are within short distance.
Table Tennis will be held at Cubberley Community Center, 4000 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto. Sign-in at the venue.
From I-280: Take the Page Mill exit and go north on Page Mill towards Palo Alto. Cross Alma onto Oregon Expressway. Turn right onto Middlefield Road and go circa one mile to the venue.
From Hwy. 101: Take the San Antonio Road exit and go south on San Antonio. Turn right onto Middlefield Road.
